Relative Fat Mass Formula

The relative fat mass formula is
for women:
RFM = 76 - 20 x height / waist
for men:
RFM = 64 - 20 x height / waist

while

RFM = relative fat mass
height = height in cm
waist = waist circumference in cm

Example
For example, if a woman's height is 5 ft 6.93 inches (170 cm) and her waist is 70 cm.

The relative fat mass is calculated as:
76 - 20 x 170 / 70
=27.43 %
