1.
If the fraction a⁄b is positive,
first we need to calculate the base with the power of the numerator Xa,
and then calculate b√Xa.
For example,
to calculate

=2√56
=2√15625
=125

If the fraction a⁄b is negative,
follow step 1 to calculate first, 
and then use 1 divided by the number.
For example, to calculate

=1/(2√56)
=1/(2√15625)
